Since the end of the pandemic, agricultural global supply chains have made strong progress toward normalization, but challenges still remain. Issues like labor shortages due to worker deaths, geopolitical tensions, and ongoing logistical bottlenecks or stoppages continue to affect our supply chains.

While some material supplies have stabilized, others still face total disruption. Obviously this indicates that a full recovery will take longer and will vary by agricultural products and region.

We have invested deeply into non-perishable packaging materials and Carnauba but the essence oils and natural emulsions we need are not readily available. These sourcing problems affect our ability to make product stockpiles especially since our hand made products do not contain any chemical biocides and therefor have a very limited shelf life.

In all of this chaos we have made progress for you. We have found many new sources and we have increased our production runs. To help you we no longer require payment with an order, instead we request for payment when your order is ready to ship. Our logistics department can and will provide assistance and quoting for shipping palletized orders through UPS and we continue to offer you the ability to choose how to ship small orders.
