Our Shipping Policy
Certified Dealer and Authorised Reseller orders are shipped on Thursday of the following week.
If needed, special freight shipments and times can be arranged.*
You can choose to have us ship the order or you can select to have your carrier pick up the order.
A surface freight allowance for the contiguous 48 states is given on Certified Dealer and Authorised Reseller Pre-Paid orders over $5,500.
If you are using your carrier our shipping department will send the order specifications to you for your carrier.
If qualified, submit a copy of the paid receipt for freight from your carrier to our Accounting Department for credit.
We will the process the credit, in the amount of the lowest freight quoted, and apply it to your account to be used toward your future purchases.
